If your new product has a defect and you would like to return it for a replacement, this is what you need to do:
If you bought the item at byACRE’s shop, please send an email with the following information and documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org:
Information about your order number and when you bought the rollator.
Attach pictures or a video of the defect and the box your items arrived in
Describe the problem as well as you can.
If you bought the item at a different shop, then please contact your dealer to find a solution
