Roxy’s story
Mobility is different for everyone. It’s personal and it comes in all shapes and colors.
Through our collaboration with Neo Walk, we had the chance to get to know Roxy who showed us how mobility isn’t just black and white.
Roxy is all about blending style with advocacy. As an unstoppable advocate for patient empowerment, MS advocacy, and disability rights, she’s breaking stereotypes and proving that a diagnosis doesn’t mean losing your spark – or your style. While championing inclusivity and diversity, Roxy is creating space for voices from all backgrounds. And through her work, she empowers and amplifies the voices of her community.

Through her work, she empowers and amplifies her community, pushing for visibility and change with passion and flair.
“It has brought me a fantastic community of supportive people into life. Helping me get through each and every day which with MS can be an ever-changing unknown challenge.”
What led me to use mobility aids was my Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis. Over the years since my diagnosis, I’ve had to adapt to my body’s new normal.
“Having mobility aids that are both fashionable and functional has empowered me to truly feel like me especially when I was at my lowest and feeling invisible and lost.”
My current choices of mobility aids empower me to feel like myself. As someone who has a deep love for style, fashion and self expression. Having mobility aids that are both fashionable and functional has empowered me to truly feel like me especially when I was at my lowest and feeling invisible and lost.
“What wakes me up in the morning: Bringing and advocating for change for the community both in the fashion and medical industries. As well as allowing my visibility and use of my mobility aids to help others to embrace and empower their autonomy.”
I switch between mobility aids depending on what my body presents me on each day. I evaluate my fatigue level and walking patterns and plans for the day and choose my mobility aids accordingly. Sometimes it can even change during the day.
“My greatest passions are fashion and patient empowerment. It’s hard to pick one. Being able to bring joy and light to my community. While empowering people to know there can be light after a health diagnosis and we can do it without losing our style personality. That our voices and wants matter.”
Since using mobility aids my life has changed for the better allowing me to move with more independence.
They have allowed me to reserve and nurture my own personal energy to be able to create and do the things I love. Bringing and advocating for change for the community both in the fashion and medical industries. As well as allowing my visibility and use of my mobility aids to help others embrace and empower their autonomy.
