When you place an order in our webshop you will be asked to inform us about your name, phone number, e-mail address and home address. Besides this information we also collect information about your purchase and your payment info.

We only share information such as your name, address and e-mail to the courier, who is responsible for the delivery of your goods. They only use this information to deliver the goods to you and to contact you in case of any issues regarding the delivery.

We only use this information to process your order. Your e-mail address is used to send you an order confirmation. Your name, address and phone number is placed on a label that we put on your on the package with your order in it. It might occur that we, or our shipping agency use this information to contact you if there are any questions or issues with the shipment of your order.

Extra warranty

If you want to make use of our extra 3 years of warranty you have to create an account on our website. You create the account with either a user name or your e-mail address and your own, personal password. In your account we store your shipping and billing addresses so you can easily make another purchase, or if you need to change the address for an order. When you register your product we collect the frame number along with your account details, so we can register that your product is valid for 3 years extra warranty.


We store this information for 5 years after you are no longer an active customer. A customer is active during the buying process and when a customer creates a user on our site, to receive 3 extra years of warranty. After the 5 years of warranty has expired, the customer is no longer considered an active customer.

You have the right to know which personal information we process about you. You also have the right to object to the information being used, as well as withdraw your consent to the information being used. If the information about you is wrong you also have the right to have them corrected or deleted. Like YouTube, Vimeo is a video platform that allows us to show videos on our website. They have placed a cookie that tracks anonymous, statistical data about the use of the website in connection to the video that we have embedded.


WPML is a tool that we use to run our website in different languages. The plugin has placed two necessary cookies that both have the purpose of remembering which language selection has been made by the user throughout the session.
