Return policy

This return policy applies to all orders made on www.byacre.com in Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa.

Not completely satisfied with your byACRE product?

If you’re not satisfied with your byACRE product you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will then give you a full refund within 14 days after returning the product. byACRE will pay for the return shipment*.

*Island or remote area shipping fee may apply. You are welcome to contact us at contact@byacre.com for further information, if you think this might apply to you.

Test it – but please save the original packaging

Within these 30 days you can test it all you want – but you do have to return it in the original packaging and in a condition where it can be resold. This means that the rollator must show no signs of scratches or other marks from usage, the seat remain unstained, the wheels wiped clean from dirt.

We will not accept return of any non-standard products, i.e. products modified to the customer’s request.

We welcome any form of feedback you can give us about your return. Whether small or big.
