If the handle is in the lowest setting, then sometimes the brake cable gets pushed down towards the brake module, which can engage the brake slightly. When this happens, the wheel will be unable to turn as easily as the one in the other side, which will cause the rollator to drag to one side. Simply raising the handle one notch can fix the problem in this case.
Another potential cause is the accumulation of dirt and grime around the wheel axle, which can also make it harder for the wheel to spin.
