The seat section on my byACRE carbon rollator makes a rattling sound

Check to see if the side bars on your seat come into contact with the plastic bits below. After heavy use, the compression of the rollator structure can allow the seat bars to clack against the plastic when the rollator gets jostled, such as when walking.
