If the handles on your rollator are loose or wobbly, then you may need to replace the top trim. The top trim is the plastic part of the rollator where the handle adjustment button is located, and it helps keep the handle structure safely in place.
Be aware that there are two types of top trims used on our carbon rollators. One is the older type, which has a white plastic clip inside the top trim. The newer type instead has a plastic sleeve running inside the length of the top trim.
In the below video guide, the old type with a clip is shown, but the procedure is very similar for the new one, and you should still be able to complete the change.
